专利摘要:
The pneumatic equipment is for separating and transporting sheets on a sheet working machine. The equipment includes suction heads attached to the bottom end of spring-loaded pistons which are each guided in a cylinder. The top part of the cylinders above the piston and the bottom part of the cylinders below the piston are connected together and the supply of suction air to the cylinders is controlled by a rotating valve. In part of the rotating have (9) controlling the suction air, there is an additional compressed air connection (19). The piston (15) of the rotating valve (9) includes a longitudinal channel (20) which is stretching from the compressed air connection (19) to the outlets of suction air (10, 13) and is separated from the suction air channels (16, 17, 18).

(54) SHEET-SEPARATING PNEUMATIC DEVICE
SAMONAKLADA
one
The invention relates to printing equipment, namely, sheet-feeding devices, such as printing presses.
A pneumatic sheet-type pneumatic separator device is known, comprising separating suckers mounted on pistons of pneumatic cylinders having upper and lower chambers, spool having a housing with an inlet for air suction and outlet openings connected by pneumatic lines to the upper and lower chambers of pneumatic cylinders, turning core with a channel extending from the inlet to the outlet openings of the spool body 1.
This device achieves synchronous movement of the suction cups. However, a break in the listov is carried out when they are transferred to the next organ, since with increasing speed the pressure in the suction cups does not have time to quickly acquire the desired value and the sheets remain sucked by two organs for some time. This reduces the reliability of the device at various speeds and grades of paper.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the feeder.
, 2
The goal is achieved in that the spool body has an additional inlet for supplying compressed air, and the core of the spool has an additional channel extending from the additional inlet to the outlet of the spool body.
In this connection, during sheet transfer, an accelerated change in the air suction pressure of the suction cups to compressed air is carried out and the sheets are separated from the suction cups at the right time in the cycle.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a device; in fig. 2 - slit section; in fig. 3 is a diagram of the movement of the suction cup.
The suction cup consists of a cylinder 1, a piston 2, a hollow rod 3 with a suction head 4,

IS guide 5 shtokka and springs 6. The lower chambers of the cylinders under the piston are connected by pipeline 7, a tee 8 to an outlet 9 of the spool having a housing 10 and a core 11. The upper chambers of cylinders 20 above the piston are connected by a pipeline 12 to another outlet 13 of the spool. The valve body 10 has an inlet 14 for suction of air through the pipeline 15 and a longitudinal channel 16 for 3 connecting it to the channels 17 and 18 of the core 11 of the OVIO window. These channels serve to connect the opening 14 to the outlet openings 9 and 13 at certain periods of the cycle. In addition, the valve body 10 has an inlet 19 for connection to an external source of compressed air, and the core has a channel 20 for connecting this hole 19 to the outlet 9 and 13. The operation of the device is illustrated as shown in FIG. 3 diagram. The upper part of the diagram shows the movement of the suction cup in time, below - the action of the annular slot 18 and channel 20, and below - the action of the annular slot 17 and channel 20. During period A, a sheet is captured. During this time, the suction air through connection 14, channel 16 of the hull, annular channel 18, the air inlet of suction 9 and pipeline 8 operates in the lower chambers of the cylinders 1. At the time the top sheet is separated from the stocks, transportation begins (period B), during which The suckers separating and transporting the sheets are moved by means of known means to the next transport means. During transportation of the sheet, the pressure between the upper and lower chambers of each cylinder 1 is equalized in the usual way, and therefore the air additionally discharged through the annular channel 18 maintains a vacuum in the annular tubes of the annular channel 17 (lower graph in Fig. 3), the suction air opening 13 and the pipeline 12. For this, the annular channel 17 is shorter, so that the suction air enters the outlet 9 6 hole 13 in the manner described above. Both channels 18 and 17 simultaneously deactivate the suction of air from the suction. After that, exactly at the moment of transferring the sheet to the next conveyor. This low pressure is abruptly and quickly removed, during the short cycle C through the channel 20 to the holes 9 and 13 and compressed air is supplied to the suction cups so that the sheet disappears at exactly certain time . The letter D in FIG. 3 indicates the period of the return stroke of the suckers for the next sheet Claims of the Invention A pneumatic separator sheet separator comprising separable suckers mounted on pneumatic cylinders having upper and lower chambers, a spool having a housing with an inlet for air suction and outlet openings connected by pneumatic lines to the upper and lower chambers of pneumatic cylinders, and a swivel core with a channel extending from the inlet to the outlet openings of the spool body, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of the device, the spool body s an additional inlet for the supply of compressed air, and the slide core has a second channel extending from the additional inlet to the outlet openings of the spool housing.
